WHOLESALEARTSFRAMES.COM stands behind all of our products. In the rare event there is an issue with the order please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the situation right away.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you may ship it back to us for a refund (Please note than 15% restocking fee will apply), or store credit (no restocking fee).

Items must be in their original, unused, free of damage condition and shipped back safely with insurance.

Please notify us by email and wait for our return approval number before shipping the goods back to us. All unsolicited returns will be declined.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless it was our shipping error. Please report all damage claims within 48 hours. If there is noticeable damage to the package please have the driver note it on the bill of lading for freight shipments and ask for a copy. (not required for UPS\USPS shipments).

For damaged UPS\USPS shipments. Please do not refuse the shipment. Simply sign for it and email us a description, pictures of the damage (so we can file a claim).We will replace the damaged goods as soon as humanly possible.

We will make every effort to send you a replacement order as soon as possible. Custom items cannot be returned-Those items are made especially for you and cannot be resold. In case of damage of course a replacement will be sent free of charge.
